Outlook and ACT!

I am at work right now trying to get something to work in ACT! email. ACT! piggybacks off of outlook. I want to create a search folder in ACT! email, so that emails with certain words can go into that folder. However, it's not working in ACT! email while I have successfully accomplished it in Outlook.
