Can someone define the terms, fabric-based intelligence, and fabric infrastucture, for me?

Funny, though. I have been looking all over the net for simple definition of the terms.....you know, a glossary-type entry, a one- or two-sentence explanation....and can't find it. It's as though everyone already knows the definition, so there's no reason to list it anywhere.
You haven't seen such a capsule description anywhere, have you? -
